Radiohole

Hey there- so I'm working on a show called Anger/Nation at the Kitchen this week. Regardless of anyone's thoughts on the show, the scenic elements and video are spectacular, especially considering the technical limits of The Kitchen.

My favorite part is these "bubble lights" that we built during load-in, which basically consist of a hanging lamp, filled with mineral oil, with an air tube running to the bottom of the glass, which shoots air from a fish-tank filter-type thingy up in the grid. The lamps have a red bulb inside, 25W, which give off a slightly sinister, glowy look.

Also innovative are the 12 mini-TVs attached to fiberglass rods that hang above the audience, bouncing with the steps of the performers.

Lots of cool things to do if only one has the imagination.
